Raised in Hawaii, Bruno Mars has been musical since childhood and had his heart set on a career in music from a young age. Straight after high school, he moved to Los Angeles to chase the dream. He started off writing songs for others, such as B.o.B and Travie McCoy, gaining recognition as a solo artist from his work on the hooks. His first album, “Doo-Wops & Hooligans” included number one songs “Grenade,” and and “Just the Way You Are,” whilst his second, “Unorthodox Juke Box” shot straight to number one in the US album charts. In total, Bruno Mars has sold over 100 million records and singles across the globe, granting him the title of one of the best selling artists of all time!!
