Are you read to get down with the sickness…? That's right, heavy metal stalwarts Disturbed are coming to Moda Center on Saturday 3rd August 2019 on the second leg of their Evolution Tour, promoting last year's incredible album of the same name! Performing singles from the album (theri second since reuniting after a five year hiatus in 2015), including "Are You Ready," "A Reason to Fight" and "The Best Ones Lie", the band will also be performing some classic Disturbed tunes, and will be welcoming special guests In This Moment in support!
Hailing from Chicago, American heavy metal band Disturbed formed in 1994, and was originally known as Brawl. After new vocalist David Draiman joined the band in 1996 after the departure of Erich Awalt, the group was renamed. Disturbed released its debut album, The Sickness, on Giant Records in 2000, peaking at number twenty on the Billboard 200 and selling over four million copies in the United States since its release. To date, the band has released seven studio albums, five of which have consecutively entered the Billboard 200 chart at number one. In October 2011, the band announced its hiatus, which would allow the group's members to focus on their various side projects. Disturbed reunited in 2015, releasing Immortalized, their first album in five years, that August. Their most recent album, The Evolution, was released in 2018.
