After circling the globe this spring, Suicideboys are greeting the summer season with a bang! The Louisiana-born duo is set to travel home and deliver over 40 phenomenal ragers in the U.S.! The coveted Grey Day Tour is slated to bring their upcoming studio effort, New World Depression, centerstage, and it’s guaranteed to be packed with fresh new sounds and iconic staples. Witness top-tier hip-hop and metal fusion as the Suicideboys showcase their incredibly unique music to eager fans. Their tour last year basically sold tens of thousands of tickets the moment it went live. This 2024, the trailblazing duo is coming out with a highly anticipated new album in June, followed by their massive outing kicking off a few weeks later. So imagine the hype and the excitement that die-hard Suicideboys fans are in – expect tickets to move pretty fast.

There is no question that the Suicideboys are dominating in their own massive bubble. The underground hip-hop phenoms have taken their unique sound, uploaded it on the Internet, and the rest was history. Scrim and Ruby da Cherry pretty much self-produced and self-released their work since day one. With nothing but the streaming platform Soundcloud to promote their work, they developed a vast following. Their career-defining effort, $outh $ide $uicide became a viral sensation when it was released in 2015. The effort also paved the way for this new dynamic sound where the duo mixes traditional hip-hop beats with trap metal and punk rock. The resulting work is an addictive new subgenre, which some experts define as horrorcore.

Soon enough, the duo has already found incredible commercial success on the charts with their studio releases. Their debut effort, I Want to Die in New Orleans, entered the top 10 of the mainstream charts, in addition to performing amazingly on international charts. Meanwhile, the follow-up efforts, 2021’s Long Terms Effects of Suffering and 2022’s Sing Me a Lullaby, My Sweet Temptation, hit gold after selling half a million copies each in the U.S. – all these they’ve achieved as independent artists. Having found their own label, G*59 Records, in 2013, the boys maintained their underground status while achieving impressive feats. Suicideboys paved the way for many new horrorcore acts to come out during the late 2010s and early 2020s. Today, they’re anticipated to deliver their fifth headlining tour, which is also expected to fully sell out like their previous outings.
