This Summer of ‘24, join multi-awarded bands Lamb of God and Mastodon in celebrating 20 YEARS of their career-defining albums! The double-headlined event, dubbed “Ashes of Leviathan,” will wreak unspeakable devastation in nearly thirty cities across North America, with special participation from guests Kerry King and Malevolence. Witness the mayhem at the Moda Center’s Theatre of the Clouds on August 18 and lose yourself in the metallic mania shared between two living legends.

Winner of five Metal Hammer Golden Gods Awards, the GRAMMY-nominated Lamb of God band will play the complete tracklist of their Gold-certified third album, Ashes of the Wake. It dropped to immediate critical success in the Billboard 200 and was applauded by critics for striking the balance of “power, rage, tradition, and craft.” Through its 11 war-wounded tracks, including “Omerta,” “Laid to Rest,” and “Now You've Got Something to Die For,” Lamb of God will show the full versatility of their uncompromising groove metal music.

Meanwhile, Mastodon will be conjuring a seastorm of progressive metal sounds to drench the halls in retaliation. Inspired by the enduring sagas of Herman Melville’s Moby-Dick, the acclaimed Leviathan LP will comprise this GRAMMY Award-winning group’s concert setlist. It is included in Rolling Stone magazine’s Top 50 Greatest Metal Albums of All Time, praising its high concept lyricism and post-hardcore harmonies. Scale the gargantuan heights of this career capstone and plunge into the abyss of its classic hits, such as “Blood and Thunder,” “Captain Ahab,” and “Iron Tusk.”
