Moda Center at the Rose Quarter
Portland! Moda Center! Where are all my indie heads at?! Even though us west-coasters probably haven’t visited The Hamptons - maybe that’s okay, since we can get that experience right here at this next tour coming to town. And, maybe we’ve never been on a Submarine either… but again - I think we can get that experience at this show coming up this summer, trust us!! Well, we’ve all absolutely been to the Cinema, and I'm positive this next crew is going to bring that same energy this July at their show- because The Marias are coming to town!
The Marias, the psychedelic indie pop band that has hit the mainstream with a splash - or maybe a submarine - is going on an extended version of their madly successful Submarine Tour for the rest of 2025, and trust us, you gotta come see them live. They’ll be right here at The Moda Center in Portland on Wednesday, July 23rd, for all of our listening and viewing pleasure.

The Moda Center, located right in the heart of Portland and one of the premier venues for eclectic experiences in Oregon, is so excited to welcome The Marias BACK to the stage as they take on a headlining spot here at The Center when they take on part two of their 2025 Submarine Tour (Extended). The last time they were here was less than a year ago as they supported Billie Ellish’s Hit Me Hard And Soft Tour - though we expect this center stage show to let The Marias shine brighter than ever before. Coming hot off their Coachella sets this April and other appearances across the world and in the airwaves, the extended Submarine tour will see the group hit sixteen spots across The States this summer. They’ll be at Ascend Amphitheater in Nashville, Shaky Knees Festival in Atlanta, Red Rocks in Colorado, Rat Hat in North Carolina, and of course - right here at The Moda Center in Portland.
The Marias are shooting stars of the current music industry landscape. They have genuine and heartfelt lyrics that feel like listening to your favorite 2000s artists when you were coming of age. They have mainstream appeal that has led them to performances on late night shows and concerts across the world. And more than anything - they’re friends, genuine friends who began making music together out of a love for lyrics, sounds, and sharing each other’s culture with the world and in their private moments. Led by Maria Zardoya and formed about a decade ago, the band got their start with their two madly successful EP’s, Superclean I & II. Collaborations and major looks followed, and when their official debut album, Cinema, hit the scene - they were on their way to international stardom. Since Cinema, they have collaborated with Bad Bunny, Selena Gomez, Tainy, and Phoebe Bridges. With the release of their latest album, Submarine, the band jumped in popularity - Cinema debuted at #176 on the Billboard 200, and Submarine debuted at #17. And with more and more eyes on the crew as the years go on, the only questions are: what’s next for The Marias? And two - will you be joining us at their show this July?!
