Moda Center at the Rose Quarter
Renee Rapp comes to Moda Center on Monday October 13th. She's going to have the Moda Center fit into what we call the "Theater of the Clouds" format. We'll explain that in detail a bit later, but don't worry about the name of the venue if you're at the Moda Center you're in the right spot! In any case, Renee Rapp is going to be bringing new music to Portland with her Bite Me Tour, which is meant to promote her latest album that goes by the same name.
SYD is set to serve as the opening act! This comes off the back of opening for Billie Eilish, which speaks volumes about what people in the business are hoping this Renee Rapp concert becomes! This opening act will bring a bit of hip-hop and R&B to the night that will mix real well with Renee's pop and Broadway vibes!

Renee Rapp's Bite Me Tour is looking to cement her as the IT performer in the world of music. With some other high-profile musicians taking a break this fall, it leaves her a perfect runway to develop this show into the best one of the year! It's a night where we'll get to see Regina George, and then Renee in her own skin in a way that you've never experienced before. When it comes to the music, expect some of the upbeat pop tracks that in the last few years made Renee one of the up-and-comers of the industry. She can get serious as well, though, and leave no dry eyes in sight at the Theater of the Clouds.
The tour is yet to begin, and you'll be able to confirm this once the set lists from other stops start becoming public knowledge. That being said, yeah, we want to hear "Not My Fault" and "World Burn" at the Theater of the Clouds. She'll likely give fans those moments. If you're a Mean Girls junkie, this is of course a live show that you want to experience. Obviously, she's also playing songs from her personal music library. Many of these are acoustic and highlight her talents, which is also cool!
The "Theater of the Clouds" is a special seating setup inside the Moda Center. You won't have access to the full arena; instead, it's the stage and one of the sides of the venue. It creates a theater setup that really helps artists craft incredible visuals and live shows that could get lost in the full arena format. Obviously, you might be tempted to find a spot near the stage, but if you're in one of the upper rows, you could have a wider and more complete view of the entire show. Something to think about before you commit to sitting anywhere!
