A night of vibes prizes and a whole lot of buzzing mixed with black lines - get ready for the best sting of our lives! Right here when the Tattoo Fair comes to town!
Back again for another year in our lovely home - on Friday July 17th catch us right here at The Moda for the Portland Arts Tattoo Fair and Festival! Encompassing over 200 vendors and tattoo artists - there’s NO other place to get that flash sale you were dreaming of other than right here on Rose-y street.

Well folks, I can’t believe it but we made it! It’s finally Summer and all the roses around the stadium have been BLOOMING. So it makes sense that some of our favorite events are back in town again like clockwork - including the forever fun and cool Portland Tattoo & Arts Festival! We’re known for turning it up a notch when it’s finally time to get oh so Portland cool, so a flash tattoo at the arts festival?! That’s so us! A whole weekend bringing together alternative culture with hundreds of the best tattooers, piercers, performers, and makers from around the world - even though it’s here every year, it always feels like a once in a lifetime weekend. As one of the biggest Villain Arts conventions in the country, the weekend is gearing up for wall-to-wall with live tattooing, competitions, merch, demos, and nonstop entertainment for every style, aesthetic, and cool little future story of where you get your badass newest addition to your body art.
The goal of the Portland Tattoo Arts Festival? To create a space where body art is the culture! Villain Arts has spent years building a touring community rooted in craftsmanship, storytelling, and global artist exchange, and us here in the city are known to be one of their biggest festies of the summer by far. Whether you’re pulling up for a fresh flash in the pan spur of the moment vibe, planning a full-day session with a guest artist you’ve followed for years, or just vibing out with friends while you browse the booths, this festival is all about celebrating the art that lives on skin and travels everywhere with you - AKA, it’s all for us here on the west sideee.
And for anyone who’s never been to a Villain Arts festival before, this is the perfect first dip into the tattoo universe. For longtime collectors and ink inspectors - y’all already know what it is!
