Well well well all our little Rose Quarter flowers -  ready to finally get that tattoo you’ve been putting off the last few years?! We’re right in the middle of the weekend and Saturday’s are all for the boys: so if Friday was the warm-up, Saturday is when things really lock in and dig in to find our favs all over the convention. There’s NO work tomorrow, we’ve had the whole morning to relax, AND  It’s peak summer - AKA it’s peak Portland time, and we’re in our element, finally.. The sun’s out and vibes are high, and THIS Saturday, July 18th,  Portland Tattoo & Arts Festival Is in FULL swing for the Saturday takeover - and now, all we need is you! SO, if you’ve been asking “should I do it?!” - finally, we’re here to tell you F**K YES!

The goal of the Portland Tattoo Arts Festival? If you’ve been here before, then you already know the vibes -  create a space where body art is the culture,a place where we can all feel free and totally ourselves! Villain Arts has spent years building a touring community rooted in craftsmanship, storytelling, and global artist exchange, and Portland shows up every single time. Whether you’re rolling through with a fully planned appointment, getting a spontaneous flash piece with your friends cheering you on, or just soaking it all in while you browse booths and performances, Saturday is about celebrating art that lives on skin and moves with you through life. West Coast energy through and through. Saturday at the festival is that sweet spot - because the artists are settled in and ready to go from opening, flash sheets are flying, tattoos from Friday are fresh and wrapped, and the entire building feels alive. This is the day where spur-of-the-moment ideas turn into lifelong stories. A whole weekend bringing together alternative culture with hundreds of the best tattooers, piercers, performers, and makers from around the world, and Even though it’s a yearly favorite, it somehow still feels like a once-in-a-lifetime experience - Villain has a way of making it feel oh so Portland for us, honestly, and for anyone who’s never been to a Villain Arts festival before, Saturday is the day to dive in headfirst. For the regulars and all those who’ve done this before - welcome back, we saved you a spot, and we made sure to get you an extra ticket too for the time. Bring your ideas, your courage, your Pinterest boards, and maybe that friend who’s been saying “one day” for years. Saturday at the Portland Tattoo Arts Festival is where memories are made - quite literally. And THAT’s why we need you here folks, right here right now!
